Chief Operating Officer, Aramark
Marc Bruno is Chief Operating Officer of Aramark’s US Food and Facilities sector, which encompass the Sports, Leisure, Corrections, Business Dining, Facilities, Healthcare, Higher Education and K-12 businesses. Prior to being named COO in 2014, Bruno served as President of Aramark’s Sports and Entertainment division. Bruno began his career with Aramark as a campus hire in 1993 and served in a variety of sales and operating positions in the U.S. and internationally, before assuming senior leadership roles within the company. Bruno also leads Aramark’s Olympic and Global Event projects, for which the company has served as the dining and catering services provider for 17 Olympic Games. His involvement with the Olympic Games spans seven Olympics, dating back to the 1996 Atlanta Games. Additionally, he oversaw Aramark’s management of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
