  1. What is the CareAsOne Summit?

    CareAsOne Summit 2020 is the first edition of our annual gathering of healthcare stakeholders from across the industry. This trend-setting gathering of healthcare's most prominent leaders offers the opportunity to explore the path towards the digital age of healthcare. With healthcare's "who's who in attendance," the event will open roads for robust discussions and next-generation networking.
  2. Who is organizing the CareAsOne Summit?

    The CareAsOne Summit is organized by “CareAsOne,” a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization, created to advance the cause of connected care and to cultivate community learning and engagement. CareAsOne is the world’s largest virtual community for healthcare professionals with more than 5,000 active members.
  3. When and how will the event be held?

    Over a span of 60 hours, the conference will be held virtually from November 16-18 with an expected gathering of 8000 attendees across 25+ sessions.
  4. Where is the venue for the main event?

    This year, the event will be completely virtual.
  5. What is the theme of the event?

    The theme of this year's event is "Health 2030: The Digital Future of Care" with a focus on the future of digital health and care transformation.
  6. Who can participate in the event?

    The CareAsOne Summit is open to all with sessions pertaining to the interests of professionals including but not limited to physicians and other clinicians, healthcare leaders, employers, academia, policymakers, health IT experts, life sciences and pharmacy professionals and healthcare consumers.
  7. What is the registration procedure for the event?

    Register by clicking here and submit your details. Post-registration, your account will be created and you will be entitled to exclusive access to all our sessions and discussions.
  8. What topics will be covered in these sessions?

    Submitted and approved sessions should focus on the digital future of healthcare and the changing landscape of care delivery.
  9. What is the last date to register?

    The last date to register for the event is November 10, 2020. However, early registrants will be eligible for multiple pre-event benefits and peer-collaboration activities.

  11. Is there a limit to the number of attendees per session?

    Yes, depending upon the type of sessions, we have limited participation slots available for each session. It is advisable to register for a particular session well in advance to secure the sessions of your choice.
  12. What are the IT infrastructure requirements to join the event?

    A stable internet connection and a computer (desktop/laptop/tablet/mobile) are all you require to join the event!
  13. Who is eligible to be a presenter? Can I become a speaker?

    We are currently expanding our speaker panel of healthcare stalwarts from across the globe and are inviting applications from healthcare leaders to be a part of our esteemed speaker panel. If you think you would be the right fit for one of the sessions, you can submit your application by clicking on this link and we shall get back to you in a couple of business days.
  14. How many sessions can I attend?

    Upon registering for the Summit, you can attend as many sessions as you want. However, please note some sessions do run concurrently.
  15. Will I receive a confirmation after registering for an event?

    Once you register for a session, you will receive a confirmation email and a calendar invite on your registered email ID. Responding affirmatively to the calendar invite will block your seat.
  16. Can I ask questions during a session?

    Some sessions will allow participants to submit their questions via “chat boxes” and our “moderators” will address the most relevant questions to the conversation.
  17. What would be the duration of each session?

    Each session will be 30-45 minutes long.

    CareAsOne is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization registered in the state of California and was conceptualized to advance the cause of connected care and cultivate community learning and engagement. With more than 5000 active members on its platform, CareAsOne is a large virtual community actively working to connect healthcare stakeholders across the globe.
